3.1 By placing a booking, you are offering to book our services on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of the price. Incorrect provisioning of personal particulars may affect the result of the service offering and any guarantees or representations resulting in delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
3.2 To contract with Maple SG, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Maple SG retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

4. Our Contract
4.1 When you make a booking, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your booking. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your booking. A contract between iMax SG Ventures Ptd Ltd, Company Registration No. 202242519E (‘iMax SG Ventures’) for booking the services will not be formed until we have approved your application and payment and we have debited your credit or debit card.

5. Pricing and Availability
5.1 While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any services you have booked, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the booking as cancelled. You will receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled and you have already paid for the services.

6. Product Descriptions
In providing descriptions of services available for online booking, Maple SG strives to be as precise as possible. However, Maple SG does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or error-free nature of the service descriptions or other content of any Maple SG Services.

7. Payment
Upon receiving your booking, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Bookings will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be charged once the booking has been accepted.
